ReforMeter and USAID's Economic Governance Program hosted another public-private dialogue to assess the progress of the SME Development Strategy.
The activities defined by the action plans of the strategy for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are united in 7 priority directions and include the promotion of the legal and institutional framework of small and medium-sized enterprises, the operating environment, skills and entrepreneurial culture, access to finance, export, digitization and innovation, women's entrepreneurship and the development of the green economy. The purpose of the strategy is to promote the further development of small and medium entrepreneurship and to restore the positive trends that existed before the pandemic.
The representatives of the agencies involved in the implementation of the small and medium entrepreneurship development strategy, civil and private sector representatives participated in the public-private dialogue and discussed the expected results of the implemented and planned changes within the framework of the strategy.
