The ReforMeter and USAID Economic Governance Program hosted the first public-private dialogue to assess the progress of insolvency reform.
Representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Association of Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners and the Tbilisi City Court spoke about the insolvency reform and its progress. The ReforMeter presented objective indicators for the evaluation of the reform to the interested parties.
Insolvency reform stakeholders participated in the public-private dialogue.
