On February 2 2018, the second phase assessment of SME/Innovations Development reform was conducted within ReforMeter.
According to the Government Survey, 39.2% of the 2016-2020 reform is already implemented. Six months ago, in the first phase, the reform implementation rate was at 24.7%. It is also to underline that the target indicators of SME Development Strategy were already achieved in 2016.
The Stakeholder Group assessed the reform with 4.33 points out of 10, which is lower than the score in the 1st phase (4.78). ReformVerdict – the overall score of the Government also slightly decreased and is at 4.71 point right now.
